Developing a Value in Business: An Infographic

The values development framework is a structure for creating depth and investment in a particular value in an organisation. Applying the framework to a value is a method of realising a value. The framework is built with an assumption that values are universal, such as “good service” or “communication”, but that the priority and story of each value in an organisation will be different as it fits into an organisation’s mission and culture, hence the need that some values need investment and realisation.

This framework defines a process (see below) to generally apply to any given value.
